Needed help with my Whirlpool dishwasher in Monterey Park, CA, and went with MontereyPrime Appliance Service. Found them after a quick online search. Man, I'm glad I did. So, the thing wasn't cleaning right, annoying, right? Called them up, and they sent someone over pretty fast. Every step of the process was smooth. Mentioned the issue, and the tech was on it. Very professional. He explained what was wrong in basic terms and fixed it on the spot. Didn't try to upsell or confuse me with jargon. Just straightforward service. Gotta say, it was impressive how he handled my Whirlpool appliance service need with such ease. After he left, I did a load and everything worked like a charm again.
